About The Position

The Poker Room Attendant works in the poker room at MGM National Harbor, supporting poker games and tournaments and helping create a positive guest experience. The role includes providing information about games and tournaments, handling exchanges of money and chips, maintaining the game list, and seating players. The attendant must follow applicable gaming regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.

• At least 6 months of cash-handling experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Understand the procedures and rules of all poker games and tournaments offered.
• Provide information about games and tournaments.
• Make exchanges correctly when exchanging money or chips.
• Provide accuracy and efficiency to guests at all times.
• Maintain the game list and seat players in the games they request.
• Adhere to appropriate gaming regulations, policies, and procedures.
