•$50 - $100•Onsite

About The Position

Concorde Education partners with schools and educational organizations to provide hands-on enrichment programs for K–12 students. The organization is seeking independent instructional contractors with experience in podcasting, audio production, broadcasting, journalism, digital media, or related fields to lead creative, interactive podcasting programs at local schools. Formal teaching certification is not required; practical experience, enthusiasm, reliability, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment are valued. Selected contractors may lead in-person podcasting and audio production enrichment programs for elementary, middle, or high school students. Programs may cover podcast development, storytelling, interviewing, recording, editing, and producing original audio content. They are designed to support creativity, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and technical skills through age-appropriate, hands-on activities. Program scope, student age groups, content, schedules, and assignment lengths vary with partner school needs. Assignments are typically 1–4 instructional hours per week, primarily after school, and generally last approximately 8–10 weeks. Opportunities and start dates are rolling throughout the school year, but availability and hours vary and are not guaranteed. Contractors may express interest in assignments suited to their experience, availability, and preferences. Compensation generally starts at $50 or more per completed instructional hour, with the specific rate determined by the assignment, subject, location, qualifications, and program requirements. These are potential independent contractor assignments, not employee positions. Engagement is subject to assignment availability, qualifications, agreed compensation, applicable clearance requirements, and written confirmation. Applying or completing an instructor profile does not guarantee selection, instructional hours, future assignments, or continued engagement.
