About The Position

Concorde Education seeks independent instructors to lead engaging, age-appropriate dance enrichment programs for K–12 students at partner schools. Programs introduce students to movement, rhythm, coordination, teamwork, self-confidence, and creative expression. Depending on the assignment, instruction may cover dance styles, choreography, dance fundamentals, or other movement-based activities. Activities should be adapted to students’ ages and abilities, available space, and program objectives, with an emphasis on safe, age-appropriate movement. Assignments are in person and typically involve 1–4 instructional hours per week, primarily after school, over approximately 8–10 weeks. Opportunities are rolling throughout the school year. Contractors may review individual assignments and choose whether to accept them. Program-specific instructional guidance, curriculum materials, or resources may be available depending on the assignment. These are potential contractor assignments, not employee positions; applying or completing onboarding does not guarantee placement, hours, future assignments, or continued engagement.
