About The Position

Concorde Education seeks independent instructors to lead engaging, age-appropriate dance enrichment programs for K–12 students at partner schools. Programs introduce movement, rhythm, coordination, teamwork, self-confidence, and creative expression. Depending on the assignment, instruction may cover dance styles, choreography, dance fundamentals, or other movement-based activities. Program topics may include dance fundamentals; hip-hop and contemporary dance; jazz and creative dance; ballet and creative movement; choreography and musicality; teamwork and performance; and confidence and physical fitness. Activities are adapted to students’ ages, abilities, and program objectives, with an emphasis on safe, age-appropriate movement. Assignments are in person and typically involve 1–4 instructional hours per week, primarily after school, for approximately 8–10 weeks. Start dates are available on a rolling basis throughout the school year. Program-specific guidance, curriculum materials, or resources may be available depending on the assignment. Instructors should be comfortable adapting activities to student skill levels, available space, and program objectives. These are potential independent contractor assignments, not employee positions; applicants may review opportunities and accept or decline them based on their interests, availability, and agreed compensation. Applying does not guarantee selection, placement, hours, future assignments, or continued engagement. Engagement depends on assignment availability, qualifications, agreed compensation, applicable clearances, and written confirmation.
