Concorde Education•Stockton, CA
•$50 - $100•Onsite

About The Position

Concorde Education partners with schools and community organizations to provide enrichment experiences for elementary, middle, and high school students. The organization is expanding its instructor network for current and upcoming independent-contractor assignments in areas such as education, technology, STEM, arts, athletics, academics, skilled professions, and other specialties. Traditional classroom teaching experience is not required for every program; relevant experience may come from teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, professional practice, camps, youth organizations, private instruction, or similar settings. Opportunities vary throughout the year based on partner needs, instructor qualifications and expertise, location, and scheduling availability. Assignments are in person at partner schools and community-based locations, are typically 1–4 instructional hours per week, and usually last approximately 8–10 weeks. Start dates are rolling throughout the school year. Program details—including grade level, enrollment, schedule, duration, curriculum, instructional expectations, and subject matter—vary by assignment. Some assignments provide established curriculum, lesson plans, materials, or learning objectives; others allow instructors more flexibility while meeting program objectives and school expectations. Compensation is established individually by assignment. Most assignments pay $50–$65 per instructional hour, though rates can vary; the applicable rate is communicated before an assignment is accepted. The posting also lists a salary of $50–$100 per hour. This posting identifies qualified professionals who may be considered for independent-contractor assignments. Applying does not create an employment relationship or guarantee placement, assignment offers, minimum hours, future assignments, or continued engagement. Applicants selected to proceed may be asked to complete screening, provide documentation, satisfy onboarding requirements, and establish an independent-contractor profile. Assignment opportunities may depend on program availability, qualifications, school-partner requirements or approval, scheduling compatibility, legally required background review or clearance procedures, and final written assignment confirmation. Concorde Education is committed to equal opportunity in selecting independent contractors and complies with applicable nondiscrimination and fair-chance laws.
