About The Position

Concorde Education is building a network of instructors for current and upcoming independent contractor assignments delivering enrichment programs to elementary, middle, and high school students at partner schools and community-based locations. Program subjects may include STEM, engineering, science, coding, robotics, technology, arts, music, athletics, academic support, and other specialties. Assignment details—including grade level, enrollment, schedule, duration, curriculum, instructional expectations, and subject matter—vary according to partner needs and instructor qualifications. Programs typically run approximately 8–10 weeks, with rolling start dates throughout the school year. Assignments are generally part-time and typically require 1–4 instructional hours per week. Most assignments pay $50–$65 per instructional hour, though compensation varies by assignment and location and is communicated before acceptance. Instructors deliver engaging, age-appropriate instruction; prepare using provided resources or appropriate instructor-developed activities; create inclusive and appropriately supervised learning environments; adapt instruction to student needs; and follow school policies, site procedures, safety expectations, and emergency protocols. Traditional classroom teaching experience is not required for every program. Relevant experience may come from teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, professional practice, camps, youth organizations, private instruction, or similar settings. This posting is for consideration for independent contractor assignments and does not guarantee placement, assignment offers, minimum hours, or continued engagement. Selection may depend on program availability, qualifications, scheduling compatibility, school-partner requirements or approval, applicable background review or clearance procedures, and written assignment confirmation. Applicants moving forward may be asked to complete screening, provide documentation, fulfill onboarding requirements, and establish an independent contractor profile. Concorde Education provides equal opportunity in contractor selection and complies with applicable nondiscrimination and fair-chance laws.
