About The Position

This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production areas, understanding and adhering to safety and sanitation rules, and operating equipment such as pallet jacks. The role involves following specific procedures for chemical cleaners and adhering to the GHS program. Employees are expected to rotate through different production areas within the plant.

Requirements

• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
• Strict adherence to GHS program
• Operate pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Daily’s safety rules, policies, and practices
• Follow all Daily’s sanitation rules, policies, and practices
• Understand and adhere to Chemical Control Program
• Cleans and sanitizes production areas
• Clean up spill with appropriate equipment
• Collect and dispose of trash, paper, scraps among others in the appropriate manner
• Employee is expected to rotate throughout the different production areas in the plant.
• Other duties as assigned
