About The Position

This is a temporary full-time position intended to cover a three-month period with potential extension or permanent placement based on business need. The estimated timeframe of this contract is September 2026 to January 2027. We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support in our on-site, modern Italian cuisine specialty restaurant, Ravello. In the evening, guests may feast on hot fresh pizza and bread made at the wood-burning oven, or regionally influenced Italian specialties.

Requirements

Experience working in Food & Beverage
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a large team
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver
Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service
Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions
