About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a PM Ravello Cook 3 to provide culinary support in their breakfast and Italian restaurant, Ravello. This entry-level culinary position will primarily focus on cold items and overall preparation organization. The role offers the opportunity for cross-training in other outlets and work within the hot station, including cooking meats to temperature, preparing chicken, and in-depth preparation of warm items. The candidate must maintain a clean and organized workstation, possess attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work and thrive within a large team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and availability for extensive work hours are also required.

Requirements

At least 1 year of culinary experience
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment
Flexible and available when extensive work hours are required
Flexible schedule
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Fluent in English
Possess legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

Provide culinary support in the breakfast and Italian restaurant, Ravello.
Work primarily with cold items and overall preparation organization.
Be cross-trained in other outlets and work within the hot station (i.e. meat temperatures, cooking steaks, chicken, in depth prep of warm items, etc.).
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
