About The Position

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking a PM Housekeeper to join its Housekeeping team. The position supports a welcoming and memorable guest experience by providing evening turndown service and maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest accommodations. The PM Housekeeper refreshes guest rooms, replenishes amenities, and ensures details meet the resort’s standards of excellence. This position reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor and Assistant Director of Housekeeping.

Responsibilities

Provide evening turndown service in assigned guest rooms according to resort standards.
Prepare beds for evening occupancy by turning down bed coverings and arranging pillows and linens.
Place the television remote and HBO guide in the designated presentation area.
Turn on bedside lighting and radio to create a welcoming guest environment.
Refill ice buckets and replenish guest room supplies, including glasses, coffee service items, and napkins.
Close blinds, draw drapes, and verify air conditioning settings for guest comfort.
Replace used towels, robes, bath mats, and other linen items as needed.
Empty, clean, and sanitize wastebaskets and ashtrays.
Refresh and straighten bathroom areas, including wiping tubs, replenishing amenities, and maintaining presentation standards.
Arrange toiletries and guest amenities according to departmental guidelines.
Place a good-night card, mint, and breakfast menu in the designated guest room location.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail in assigned areas.
Respond to guest requests in a courteous, professional, and service-oriented manner.
Support the Housekeeping team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
