About The Position

The Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh North is accepting applications to add to its F&B team in its Bistro for a Bartender/Cook. This position is from 4:30pm - 9:00pm+ and includes ringing up items, making alcoholic beverages, and cooking simple items. This is a part-time position paying $13.50 - $15.00 base plus tips.

Requirements

Knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service standards.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down the bistro, ensuring proper storage of alcohol & food.
Prepare beverages & menu items in accordance with existing standards.
Accept and process orders from guests and servers promptly and professionally.
Follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies (no cash tabs).
Complete opening and closing duties as outlined on checklists.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen & bar area.
Manage inventory of soda, juices, beer, and other bar supplies, ensuring proper rotation and stock levels.
