About The Position

Join the growing Plumbing Service team to deliver exceptional service to customers. The technician travels to customers’ homes to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems, communicates identified issues, and documents completed work according to company procedures. Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in residential and light commercial plumbing service and repair; equivalent experience and transferable skills will be considered.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening, subject to applicable law.
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Work with the service department to provide timely and accurate service according to company standards and procedures.
• Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems.
• Identify and communicate plumbing issues to customers.
• Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job.
• Document work performed according to company procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
