About The Position

Williams Plumbing specializes in home service and repair, helping customers’ plumbing, heating, and cooling systems provide comfort and peace of mind. The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for plumbing maintenance, repairs, replacements, drain cleaning, and warranty service. The technician works directly with customers to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and deliver quality workmanship. The role also involves communicating effectively with the office and customers, and keeping a company-issued service vehicle fully stocked, clean, and organized.

Requirements

• Current Montana Journeyman or Master Plumbing License.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Previous plumbing service and repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
