The Plumbing Dispatcher role is based in the Rancho Cordova, CA office and is responsible for coordinating service calls, managing the schedule, and serving as the central point of communication between customers and technicians. Requirements

2+ years of dispatching experience in the trades, home services, or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Experience with Service Titan or a similar field service management platform is a strong plus
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing your composure
Ability to speak clearly and professionally with a technician, a customer, and a manager all at once and handle each one well
Ability to make efficient and profitable decisions quickly and independently
Strong customer service instincts with a calm, solutions-focused mindset

Responsibilities

Coordinate and adjust technician schedules throughout the day
Dispatch the best technician for the right job to optimize appointment
Communicate with customers and technicians regarding timing, updates, and changes
Make real-time dispatching decisions based on priority, location, and skill set
Track job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
Maintain accurate job details and updates in Service Titan
Support daily operations to keep everything running smoothly
