About The Position

Seaside Plumbing is hiring a Plumbing Apprentice for an in-person role based in Bishopville, Maryland, serving homeowners across Maryland’s and Delaware’s Eastern Shore. The apprentice learns a skilled trade through hands-on field work, technical training, and personal and communication development. The company describes the role as a demanding, high-performance opportunity for someone ready to work hard, take feedback, and grow into a capable plumbing technician. Work can be dirty and physically demanding. The role includes assisting plumbers with plumbing diagnostics and repairs, locating leaks, supporting pipe work and installations, learning to use tools and materials correctly, and helping ensure safe, code-compliant work. Apprentices are also expected to maintain organized job sites and build customer communication skills. Responsibilities

Assist plumbers with diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues.
Help locate leaks and identify plumbing system problems.
Support pipe repairs, replacements, and installations.
Learn to select and use tools and materials properly.
Help ensure work is completed safely and up to code.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and job sites.
Develop customer communication skills in the field.
