About The Position

Join Haven Services as a Plumbing Apprentice and develop plumbing skills while working alongside experienced technicians to diagnose, install, and repair plumbing systems in residential homes. The apprentice learns Haven service protocols and supports the lead technician in completing quality work safely and in accordance with local codes. The position requires physical activity in varying climate conditions without restrictions.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and assist with plumbing-related tasks.
• Must pass pre-employment background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings.
• Must maintain eligibility to operate company vehicles and a driving record insurable under the company’s vehicle insurance provider.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow Haven service protocols while educating customers on products and services.
• Strive to meet and exceed performance standards.
• Develop the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship on various plumbing services.
• Assist the lead technician in keeping job sites and vehicles clean and organized.
• Help complete jobs accurately while adhering to quality checklists, safety protocols, and local codes.
• Build customer rapport through knowledgeable service to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Participate in training sessions, department meetings, and company meetings.
• Understand and align with Haven’s mission, policies, and guarantees.
