About The Position

Seaside Plumbing is hiring a Plumbing Apprentice for an in-person role based out of Bishopville, Maryland, serving homeowners across the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware. The apprentice will learn a skilled trade through hands-on field work, technical training, and development of customer communication skills. Seaside describes the role as a demanding, high-performance position for someone willing to work hard, take feedback, and remain committed to learning and growth.

The role is intended to help an apprentice build a long-term plumbing career and develop into a confident, capable technician. Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues.
• Help locate leaks and identify system problems.
• Support pipe repairs, replacements, and installations.
• Learn to select and use tools and materials properly.
• Ensure work is completed safely and up to code.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and job sites.
• Develop customer communication skills in the field.
