Platform Operations Specialist

Since launching in 2018, we have grown more than 10x. We are looking for a Platform Operations Specialist to join our America’s team.
Requirements
- 3+ years AWS Cloud management experience (or other relevant Public Cloud provider)
- 3+ years Kubernetes cluster administration
- 3+ years Linux O/S management experience
- 2+ years’ experience using Python scripting
- Demonstrated infrastructure troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform
Responsibilities
- Perform Software Releases and Infrastructure Updates on multiple PaaS instances of E6 Cloud platform, multiple AWS EKS Kubernetes clusters, Cloud infrastructure (e.g. RDS, LB, networking, storage), and Linux and Windows servers.
- Maintain SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Support software development and testing activities.
- Support client onboarding and migrations.
- Routine testing of system backups and Disaster Recovery plans.
- Regular daily Infrastructure Monitoring and Maintenance.
- Create and maintain internal documentation.
- Participate in a standard on-call rotation with other team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
