About The Position

This job is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies by managing platform development initiatives from idea creation through deployment. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, working with Technology on design options, and validating concepts. Job expectations include developing business cases, partnering with Technology and key operational stakeholders to conduct analyses, and writing business and functional requirements documentation. This job will work with an Enterprise Credit application called theHUB, which is a flexible and highly customizable workflow management and data capture platform. As a member of theHUB Administrative team, this job will work with a variety of stakeholders within Enterprise Credit and Global Technology to build out new functionality for theHUB, enhance / fix existing functionality, onboard new programs on to theHUB, and manage the strategic vision of the platform.

Requirements

3+ years experience working in the software development lifecycle
2+ years experience in process design
Strong understanding of the application development process inclusive of planning, testing, and deployment activities
Understanding of programming concepts with some familiarity with Python, SQL, and database structures
Able to map and understand process flows
Able to manage projects of various sizes and complexity
Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with the capacity to find creative solutions for complex problems
Self-starter able to operate comfortably in a changing environment with minimal direction
Ability to work independently while keeping others aware of what is going on within their coverage area

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with credit platforms such as CreditCenter, GUS, and Workplace, etc.
Experience in Enterprise Credit
Familiarity working with policies, standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Able to develop high quality PowerPoint presentations
Experience using applications such as Jira and and Tableau
Able to write and/or understand SQL queries

Responsibilities

Defines the strategic vision for key user experience functionalities, identifying administrative modifications and opportunities to streamline data entry processes
Drives innovation and improves platforms used by bank employees and support organizations to maximize system stability, while minimizing user disruption
Interacts with key program stakeholders such as platform and process design teams to facilitate solutions and remedies to any risks/issues identified during platform deployment
Leads the end-to-end requirement gathering and release execution process from an operational validation perspective with Technology partners
Manages User Acceptance Testing execution and documents evidence of success prior to release
Partners with Technology to plan, implement, and deploy business strategies, while prioritizing the bank's long and short-term goals
Understand how theHUB works and how it can be used to support new processes
Work with process owners from across Enterprise Credit to understand their current process and to develop a new target state process for when their process has been onboarded on to theHUB
Work with Global Technology to triage issues escalated by platform users
Develop materials for stakeholders and senior leaders to keep them apprised of the strategic direction for theHUB, progress on building new functionality, and current system usage
