About The Position

The Enterprise Credit Manager Support provides dedicated, enterprise-level credit support across Core-Mark’s 36 operating companies (OpCos). The role focuses on identifying credit risks early, improving accounts receivable performance, strengthening controls, and driving consistent execution across the network. It supports credit decisions, collections execution, policy compliance, escalation of significant customer exposures, major credit reviews, and remediation of key credit audit focus areas. The position leads enterprise initiatives in process standardization, training, credit analytics, and credit-management best practices. Performance is measured by DSO, past-due accounts receivable percentage, 60+/90+ day aging, bad-debt performance, audit and control findings, and completion of enterprise credit initiatives. The role partners with senior finance, OpCo, sales, and operations leaders and may provide interim credit leadership during vacancies, system implementations, and acquisitions. The position is based in Westlake, Texas, with a hybrid schedule: Monday through Thursday in the office and Friday working from home after training is completed. Core business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Travel of up to 20% to OpCo locations is required for enterprise initiatives, training, audit remediation, and on-site credit support. The salaried position pays $75,000 or more annually and is eligible for the Annual Incentive Plan, with a target bonus of 20% of base salary, subject to plan terms and performance results.
