About The Position

The Enterprise Credit Manager Support provides dedicated enterprise-level credit support across Core-Mark’s 36 operating companies (OpCos). The role focuses on identifying credit risks earlier, improving accounts receivable performance, strengthening controls, and promoting consistent credit-management execution across the network. It supports higher-risk and higher-value regional and independent customers, significant customer exposures, and major credit reviews and escalations. Performance is measured by DSO, past-due accounts receivable, 60+/90+ day aging, bad-debt results, audit and control findings, and completion of enterprise credit initiatives. The position is based in Westlake, Texas, with a hybrid schedule: in the office Monday through Thursday and working from home Fridays after training is completed. Core business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Travel of up to 20% to OpCo locations is required for enterprise initiatives, training, audit remediation, and on-site credit support. The salaried position pays $75,000 or more annually and is eligible for the Annual Incentive Plan, with a target bonus of 20% of base salary subject to plan terms and performance results. The role partners with senior finance, OpCo, sales, and operations leaders; leads credit reviews, audit-readiness work, process improvements, training, and standardization; and provides interim credit leadership during vacancies, system implementations, and acquisitions.
