About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation is hiring an entry-level Plastic Operator for its New Knoxville, Ohio plant. The role involves operating injection molding machines, performing hand painting and checks on parts, assembling parts with glue, and loading material into machine hoppers. Training is provided on the job, and promotional opportunities are available after 12 months. The position is on the third shift, Sunday through Thursday from 10:45 PM to 6:55 AM. Pay tops out at $23.34 per hour, with a $1.50-per-hour shift premium for off shifts.

Requirements

• Be able to perform basic math.
• Use handheld gauges and hand tools as necessary.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate all injection molding machines and rotate as needed.
• Perform hand painting on parts.
• Perform pre-post checks on all parts.
• Assemble parts with glue.
• Load material into machine hoppers.
