About The Position
As the Production Control & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production control and logistics activities of the plant, in alignment with the Division/Business Group PC&L strategy. You will lead a team of professionals in charge of customer management and deliveries, production planning, internal and external flow management, and continuous improvement. You will also ensure adherence to PC&L standard processes and department budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 5 years of experience in production control and logistics, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience in operations, including Safety and Quality basics
- English language proficiency required

- Knowledge of ERP processes and tools; ability to detect, understand, and resolve issues
- Knowledge of APICS and Forvia system principles

- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders including sales, customers, purchasing, suppliers, program teams, engineering, and plant staff
- Adherence to Forvia code of management and values and promotion of the Being Forvia spirit
- Knowledge of employee empowerment principles and ability to drive standard work and continuous improvement
