About The Position

The Plant PC&L Supervisor manages the internal flow of pieces from receipt through shipping. The role ensures customer delivery, production-line supplies, logistics basics, visual management, equipment and human resources, productivity gains, and team management. The supervisor works closely with quality, production, and engineering to support the smooth and optimal operation of the plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering.
• Experience in production or logistics in an industrial setting.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Knowledge of logistics tools and systems such as MRP, FIFO, and MPM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
