The Planning Supervisor oversees Northstate’s integration and processing of customer-specific work order packages. The role ensures packages are prepared and completed, task-card contents are extracted for resource planning, revisions and changes are communicated, ERP data is complete, and source databases are maintained. The supervisor ensures scope changes during active maintenance projects—including labor-hour and span-time adjustments—are communicated promptly, and distributes package contents to functional parties. The role also oversees task-card processing, supports pre- and post-induction meetings, provides functional teams with ERP reports and work-order information, tracks group performance, coaches employees, and verifies process compliance through documentation review and task data entry in the work booth. The supervisor coordinates with Production Control, Maintenance, customer representatives, and other departments on work-package accuracy, changes, pricing, contract status, and simultaneous contracts. The position oversees Planning Clerks, supports departmental training and process improvement, and initiates or recommends personnel actions. Work takes place in an office, warehouse, and hangar environment, with significant interaction with managers, supervisors, employees, contract workers, and customers.
