About The Position

The Pizza Maker/Customer Service Representative prepares and serves pizza products to standard specifications while providing customer service by processing orders over the phone and in person. The role involves operating equipment, maintaining store and equipment cleanliness, following schedules and standards, and working with team members in a fast-paced store. Team members may have opportunities for training and management development and advancement within the company.

Requirements

Must be older than 18.
Must be available to work between 3 and 11.
Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds and stack them on shelves up to 72 inches high.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Prepare products to standard specifications.
Clean equipment and the facility daily, and maintain store cleanliness.
Work to a schedule and adhere to image and operating standards.
Provide great customer service and process orders over the phone and in person.
Attend work punctually and arrange transportation to and from work.
Enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Unload bulk product deliveries and lift and stack cases of ingredients and supplies.
