About The Position
Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a General Manager with ambition and a willingness to learn. No pizza experience is required; the company provides a paid training program. The role offers opportunities to build management and customer-service experience and to advance within a company with 56 stores across the United States. The General Manager also helps support the community through local charitable fundraising, feeding people in need, and support for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The position requires at least one year of management experience, age 18 or older, and open availability. Driving-history and driving-record requirements apply to anyone operating a motor vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries. All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have at least one year of management experience.
- Must have open availability.
- For business driving, an 18-year-old must have proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must have proof of at least one year.
- A learner’s permit period may only be used to confirm driving history, and an officially stated license is required.
- For business driving, no more than two driving-related violations in the two years before the MVR, no more than three in the three years before the MVR, and no more than one at-fault accident in the three years before the MVR.
- Drivers must not have disqualifying violations, including leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, driving violations involving drugs or alcohol, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
