About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to transport orders in their own vehicles. Drivers receive an hourly wage, paid mileage, and tips. The company is willing to train candidates on the rest of the role. Part-time work and flexible schedules are available. The current openings are for Monday through Friday opening shifts and/or Wednesday through Sunday closing shifts. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits after six months. Candidates must meet the company’s driving-history and driving-record requirements to operate a vehicle for business purposes. These include holding an officially stated driver’s license, having the required period of verifiable driving history for their age, and meeting limits on driving violations and at-fault accidents. Certain serious violations disqualify candidates from driving for Domino’s.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have a minimum of two years of verifiable driving experience, subject to the stated age-based driving-history rules.
- Have a consistent work history.
- Successfully meet company compliance requirements regarding MVR, DOT, CSA, and/or criminal background checks.
- Be able to lift 20 pounds frequently.
- Meet the stated driving-record standards: no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
- Have no disqualifying driving violations, including leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, drug- or alcohol-related driving violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
