About The Position
Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager with ambition to advance into a General Manager role. No pizza experience is required; the company provides a paid training program. The role offers opportunities to build management and customer service experience and to pursue career growth across the company’s 56 U.S. stores. The assistant manager also helps support community initiatives, including raising funds for local charitable donations, feeding people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Candidates must be over 18 and have at least one year of management experience. They must be available either Saturday and Sunday or every other weekend. Driving history and driving-record criteria apply to anyone operating a motor vehicle for business purposes, including deliveries.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Must have at least one year of management experience.
- Must be available for either Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.
- For business driving, an 18-year-old must have at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation; a 19-year-old must have at least one year. A learner’s permit may count only when documented by an appropriate governmental authority, and an officially stated license is required.
- For business driving, no more than two driving-related violations in the two years before the MVR evaluation and no more than three in the three years before it.
- For business driving, no more than one at-fault accident in the three years before the MVR evaluation.
- Candidates with specified disqualifying violations cannot drive for Domino’s: leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, driving violations involving drugs or alcohol, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, or eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
