About The Position

AMNJ Ent Inc is a locally owned, family-operated Domino’s Pizza franchise seeking a Pizza Maker. The role prepares pizzas and other menu products to Domino’s specifications, stocks and dates ingredients, assists customers with orders by phone and in person, brings orders to customers’ cars in all weather conditions, and performs daily cleaning and sanitation. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The position offers full-time or part-time schedules with shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours, including day, night, and weekend availability.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers in person and over the phone.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical duties described, including prolonged standing, walking short distances, frequent reaching and hand use, bending, and occasional crouching, climbing, and lifting or carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in conditions that include temperature variation, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

Prepare pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides to Domino’s Pizza specifications.
Stock ingredients from delivery and storage areas, work areas, and the walk-in cooler; rotate stock using FIFO; move soda to coolers; and date products.
Take and receive phone calls and take customer orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows.
Bring customers’ food to their cars in all weather conditions.
Perform daily cleaning and sanitation, including sweeping and mopping, cleaning coolers, taking out trash, and washing dishes.
Unload and move deliveries and supplies using a hand truck, and stock shelves.
Operate pizza-making tools and equipment, including a pizza peel and cutter, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
