About The Position

AMNJ Ent Inc is a locally owned, family-operated Domino’s Pizza franchise that describes itself as people-focused and community-oriented. Pizza makers prepare products to Domino’s specifications, stock and date ingredients, serve customers in person and by phone, bring orders to customers’ cars in all weather conditions, and complete daily cleaning and sanitation tasks. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role requires communication, basic math and money-handling skills, order-entry skills, and the ability to make quick, precise hand movements.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing for most tasks, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, reaching, bending, and occasional climbing or crouching.
Ability to work independently and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and interact with people.

Responsibilities

Prepare pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides according to Domino’s specifications.
Move delivered ingredients and supplies to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler; rotate stock using FIFO and date products.
Move soda from storage to coolers.
Take and receive phone calls and take customer orders at the front counter or pickup windows.
Bring customer orders to their cars in all weather conditions.
Perform daily cleaning and sanitation, including sweeping and mopping, cleaning coolers, taking out trash, and washing dishes.
Unload bulk deliveries using a hand truck and move, stack, and stock supplies.
Enter customer orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and process payments accurately.
Use pizza-making tools, including a pizza peel and pizza cutter.
