About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a Pizza Maker to help prepare and serve pizzas while providing customer service. Team members operate equipment, prepare products according to standard specifications, clean the equipment and facility, and work to a schedule while maintaining store standards. The role involves communicating with customers and coworkers, processing orders by phone and in person, and entering information into digital systems. Domino’s offers opportunities for advancement, including potential progression into management and other leadership roles. The work environment includes varying weather conditions during outside tasks, changing temperatures inside and outside the store, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped areas such as walk-in coolers, hot surfaces and tools, and sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Team members may unload deliveries of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and stack cases on shelves as high as 72 inches. Applicants must be older than 17, available to work between 3 and 11, and available on Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to enter information into digital systems using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking short distances, talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and differentiating between hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to lift delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds and stack them on shelves up to 72 inches high.
Reliable attendance and punctuality, and transportation to and from work.
