About The Position

AMNJ Ent Inc is a locally owned and family-operated Domino’s Pizza franchise that describes itself as people-focused and community-oriented. Pizza Makers prepare food to Domino’s Pizza specifications, assist customers in person and by phone, stock and rotate ingredients, and perform daily cleaning and sanitation. Team members may also take orders at the front counter or pickup windows and bring customers’ food to their cars in all weather conditions. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role involves working in a fast-paced food-service environment, sometimes independently and sometimes with others, while meeting quality standards and handling customer interactions. Work may expose team members to varying temperatures and weather, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. The position requires frequent standing, reaching, hand use, and repetitive movements, as well as occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, and crouching.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, reaching, frequent hand use, and lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Prepare pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches, and sides according to Domino’s Pizza specifications.
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Lift and rotate stock using FIFO, move soda from storage to coolers, and date products.
Take and receive phone calls and take customer orders in person at the front counter or pickup windows.
Bring customers’ food to their cars in all weather conditions.
Perform daily cleaning and sanitation, including sweeping and mopping, cleaning coolers, taking out trash, and washing dishes.
Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage and shelves.
Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter and process orders.
Make accurate monetary change and process customer orders.
