About The Position

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Pizza Cook to join its Parkhurst Dining team. The role involves preparing menu items according to Parkhurst recipes, making specialty pizzas, producing pizza dough daily, and maintaining food quality and quantity throughout service periods. The Pizza Cook also interacts with guests in a friendly, professional manner and uses Smile Plus hospitality imperatives. The stated weekend shifts are 8:00 AM–2:00 PM and/or 4:00 PM–9:00 PM.

Requirements

• Stand and/or walk 100% of the time.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes.
• Produce one or more specialty pizzas each service period.
• Stretch dough and toss it to attain a round shape for pizza.
• Ensure the quality of food produced and maintain food quality and quantity throughout service periods.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Produce pizza dough daily.
