About The Position

The listed pay range is USD $15.00–$19.00. Various benefits may be available if coverage requirements are met.

Requirements

• Three to six months of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation.
• Prepare pizzas and station recipes in a timely manner.
• Operate the “Dough-Pro” machine.
• Support the line-check process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Prepare necessary items for the station as needed.
• Practice and teach safe, sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper equipment temperatures.
• Perform station opening, closing, and side-work duties each shift.
• Help create a memorable guest dining experience by following the CPK High 5.
