About The Position
Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Pizza Cook to join its Parkhurst Dining team. The role is scheduled on weekends, with shifts available from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and/or 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The cook prepares menu items according to Parkhurst recipes, makes pizza dough daily, produces specialty pizzas, maintains food quality and quantity during service, and interacts with guests in a friendly, professional manner using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives. The position requires standing and/or walking throughout the workday and lifting items up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk 100% of the time.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 20 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes.
- Produce one or more specialty pizzas each service period.
- Stretch and toss dough to form a round pizza shape.
- Ensure the quality of food produced and maintain food quality and quantity throughout service periods.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and use Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
- Produce pizza dough daily.
