About The Position

The PIT Operator II operates powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move products, equipment, and materials in a warehouse setting. The role supports supply chain operations by accurately using handheld scanners, loading and unloading trailers as needed, and performing inbound receiving processes. Operators follow the 7S program, keep the work environment clean, demonstrate process excellence, and understand the Supply Chain quality policy. The position is on second shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. It requires safe-operation training and certification for powered industrial lift trucks and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed. The work involves frequent lifting of 50 pounds and occasional lifting of more than 75 pounds, along with standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling. Employees must also handle tools or equipment and tolerate hot or cold warehouse conditions.

Requirements

Be trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
Be available to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed.
