About The Position

The PIT Operator II operates powered industrial lift trucks, including forklifts and order pickers, to move products, equipment, and materials. The role uses handheld scanners accurately, performs inbound receiving, and may load and unload trailers. The operator follows the 7S program, maintains a clean work environment, demonstrates process excellence, and understands the company quality policy. The position is on the afternoon shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m., with possible overtime when needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Training and certification in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.
