About The Position

Olé is seeking a reliable, customer-focused PIO Route Sales Driver to support Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operations across the Tucson, Arizona area. The driver represents Olé in local grocery stores, manages an assigned route schedule, transports products, and builds positive relationships with retail partners. The role emphasizes efficiency, safety, and retail execution.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) systems in chain or independent grocery environments.
Prior experience using handheld devices and mobile printers to process invoices and inventory records.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Commitment to road safety regulations.
Comfort with daily physical work, including loading and unloading delivery vehicles and stocking store displays.
Must be at least 23 years old for fleet insurance compliance.
Highly punctual and reliable.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Safely load, transport, and unload Olé products and merchandising materials at grocery chains and independent stores according to the route schedule.
Set up cardboard displays and organize inventory to improve product visibility and presentation on store shelves.
Use handheld devices and printers to generate store invoices, manage product credits, and record travel hours.
Optimize daily travel routes to avoid construction or traffic and arrive at stores on time.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections (DVIR) and keep the company vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Communicate proactively with management about vehicle needs, route status, and in-store feedback.
