About The Position

The Picture Art Designer (Custom Framer) builds customer relationships by creating memorable custom framing solutions and helping customers find products in the store. The role delivers sales and production results, completes framing orders to a high standard and on time, and maintains the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas. It also supports store operations, merchandising, replenishment, safety, shrink prevention, and customer service.

Requirements

Basic computer skills.
Basic measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.

Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions using the Elevated ABC approach.
Deliver sales and production results.
Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and offer solutions.
Maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store and a safe, clean, clutter-free environment.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures, company programs, policies, and standards, including applicable legal requirements.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Interact with others respectfully, remain positive in difficult situations, and promote the organization’s vision and values.
Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, following truck standards and budget requirements.
Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
Assist with omnichannel processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
