About The Position

The Custom Picture Framer builds customer relationships by creating memorable custom framing solutions and helping customers find products in the store. The role supports sales and production results, completes framing orders to a high standard and on time, and helps maintain a safe, clean, clutter-free, well-merchandised, and in-stock store. Team members follow company procedures and policies, provide friendly customer service, support store operations, and work in the frame shop and other assigned areas.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Ability to perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions using the company’s Elevated ABC approach.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service, acknowledge customers, help them locate products, and offer solutions.
• Help maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to comply with applicable laws and requirements.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, and promote the organization’s vision and values.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, following truck standards and completing work within budget.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
• Assist with omnichannel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
