About The Position

This role is responsible for coordinating daily pickup schedules and supporting dispatch operations. The Pickup Specialist will monitor pickup SLA performance, communicate with drivers and customers, and support operations for large-volume and key account customers. The position involves investigating and resolving operational exceptions, assisting with route optimization, and tracking operational records and KPI reports. Additionally, the role supports cost tracking, data analysis, and coordination with warehouse and transportation teams, as well as assisting with peak season operations.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, customer service, or operations support preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Proficiency in Excel and basic operational systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Bilingual in Mandarin and English

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily pickup schedules and support dispatch operations
