This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity for pay increases and full-time conversion after a 90-day probationary period. Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
- Ability to follow all safety guidelines - required
Responsibilities
- Operate within the GreyOrange or Jennifer systems to pick items
- Maintain accuracy by verifying book titles, quantities, and item condition
- Handle exceptions such as damaged, missing, or oversized items by adhering to Lakeside Book Company’s quality control procedures
- Follow all safety guidelines, including safe lifting and handling procedure
