About The Position
Seasonal Picker/Packer - 3rd Shift Pay: $17.50/hr, plus $1.50/hr shift differential - On Demand pay available (access a portion of your pay before payday!) Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am, with overtime including Saturday (9:00pm-5:00am) Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268 Job Type: Seasonal – not eligible for benefits Job Duration: This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility’s peak season. Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
- Basic math skills for accuracy in order picking
- Proven success working in fast-paced, high-demand seasonal periods
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership
Responsibilities
- Utilize the Jennifer system to accurately pick items based on order requests
- Pack items for shipment, ensuring they are packed securely and labeled correctly
- Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies or order issues
- Adherence to all safety policies
