About The Position

The Pick/Pack Associate accurately fulfills customer orders by selecting products, verifying order accuracy, packing shipments, and preparing orders for distribution. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet daily productivity goals, and a commitment to quality and safety.

The associate picks customer orders using manual paper pick sheets and RF scanners, verifies items and quantities, packs orders, and creates shipping labels using computer applications. The position also includes inventory-related tasks, processing returns and credits when needed, maintaining an organized work area, and assisting with general warehouse duties.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to approximately 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using manual paper pick sheets and RF scanners.
• Verify the correct item, size, color, and quantity before packing.
• Pack orders securely for shipment.
• Create shipping labels using computer applications.
• Use scanning systems to ensure order accuracy.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as assigned.
• Process customer returns and credits when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
