Holiday Pick/Pack Associate
About The Position
Join Duluth Trading Company’s Dam Good Crew as a Holiday Pick/Pack Associate. This warehouse role involves picking and packing merchandise for online orders, moving products throughout the facility, replenishing warehouse bin locations, and helping maintain a clean and safe work environment. No previous distribution or warehouse experience is required. The position pays $18.00 per hour, with temporary holiday, shift, and weekend premiums available during specified 2026 dates. Candidates must be available at least 20 hours per week; full-time-equivalent hours may be available during peak periods. Applicants are subject to pre-employment background checks, and hires for safety-sensitive positions must meet pre-employment drug-testing requirements.
Requirements
- No previous distribution or warehouse experience is required.
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week.
- Walk or stand for the entire work shift.
- Lift 30 pounds on average, 40 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Frequently reach, twist, and bend in multiple directions, including continuous arm, hand, and wrist movements.
- Push or pull a cart and/or pallet weighing up to 500 pounds.
- Work in fluctuating warehouse noise levels and temperatures.
- Candidates are subject to pre-employment background checks.
- Candidates hired for safety-sensitive positions must comply with pre-employment drug-testing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise for online customer orders.
- Accurately move product throughout the facility.
- Replenish primary warehouse bin locations as needed to meet customer service levels.
