About The Position

The Pick and Pack Associate accurately picks, packs, and prepares customer orders for shipment using an RF scanner and carts. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow basic instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to lift and move boxes or products as required by the position.
• Ability to push and maneuver carts safely.
• Ability to perform repetitive picking and packing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF scanner to scan, pick, and verify items according to customer orders.
• Push or pull carts to transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Check items for accuracy, quality, and correct quantities.
• Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipping.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
