About The Position

The Pick and Pack Associate accurately picks, packs, and prepares customer orders for shipment using an RF scanner and carts. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The associate checks order accuracy and product quality, packs orders securely, and prepares them for shipping while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF scanner to scan, pick, and verify items according to customer orders.
• Push or pull carts to transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Check items for accuracy, quality, and correct quantities.
• Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipping.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
