About The Position

A Pick and Pack Warehouse Associate locates, picks, checks, packs, and prepares customer orders for shipment. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position is at a fulfillment location in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, nights, or weekends.

Requirements

Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic reading, counting, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and reliability.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages as required.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse or picking and packing experience is an advantage but may not be essential.

Responsibilities

Pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
Check items for accuracy, quality, and damage before packing.
Pack products securely using appropriate boxes, bags, and packaging materials.
Print and attach shipping labels to packages.
Sort and organize orders for dispatch and delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock discrepancies.
Keep the warehouse and packing area clean, safe, and organized.
Follow company procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
Meet daily picking, packing, and productivity targets.
Work with warehouse team members to ensure orders are processed on time.
