About The Position

This position is responsible for retrieving, moving, and stacking merchandise; operating material-handling equipment, which may include forklifts; picking and packing warehouse orders; maintaining inventory records; and keeping production areas organized and clean. The role also involves maintaining equipment and materials in neat, clean, and orderly condition and using a computer for daily work activities.

Requirements

Certified forklift driver (stand-up/sit-down) or willing to learn, as needed.
Knowledge of commonly used warehouse-industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English.
Basic knowledge of computer systems.
Ability to perform functions with minimal direction, emphasizing safety.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
Ability to adapt to workplace changes and shift priorities easily.
High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of related experience is preferred.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Warehouse Management Systems experience.

Responsibilities

Use a computer-based WMS to enter data, check product status, and enter shipment information.
Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations.
Pick and pack orders, build pallets, and perform light assembly.
Stack and store merchandise in appropriate areas.
Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed.
Create bills of lading and manifests for different carriers.
Prepare and stage skids for outbound shipments using different carriers.
Move products from staging or storage areas into outbound trucks and trailers.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following the FIDELITONE Standardized 5S Program.
Remove trash as directed after products are unwrapped, assembled, or otherwise handled.
Perform other duties as assigned.
